Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving them.
Once your items are attentively packed and scanned, you will receive an automated email notification that includes your tracking number.
NOTE: We do not typically ship over the weekend. Orders received over a weekend will be shipped on the next business day.
Hassle Free Returns
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with any product purchased at Water Filter Expo you can return the merchandise for a 100% refund less shipping costs incurred by us.
For clarity:
- Items must be returned undamaged and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Any exceptions to this may result in additional restocking fees up to the complete cost of the product (dependent on the level of damage/absent items).
- Only the sales tax associated with the returned product(s) will be refunded if the returned merchandise is part of a multiple product order.
- All returned merchandise must be currently for sale at Water Filter Expo.com Returns will not be accepted for close out sale or discontinued items.
- Depending on the item, we will offer free shipping, but this is not guaranteed. In most cases you will be responsible for all return shipment/freight charges.
